TERMS OF SERVICES
BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE OR OVER THE PHONE:
A credit card is required to reserve all appointments.
You can cancel or change your appointment up to 24 hours in advance of your visit. If you fail to follow the cancellation policy under the terms of service, the card on file at time of booking will be charged a full amount of the total service.
NO SHOW CLIENT: No-Show's (clients that do not show up to their appointment) will be charged 100% of the appointment's total service to the card on file (or forfeit their gift certificate/voucher).
Clients running more than 15 minutes late without notifying lash artist will be considered a No-Show.
Appointments of late arriving clients will end at the original scheduled closing time in order to remain on time for the appointments following. If you arrive late, regardless of the length of treatment time actually given, you will be responsible for the entire session.
If our schedule permits, same-day rescheduling is allowed without any added fees.
We have a no refund policy.
Text us 470-207-8184 within two days of service if you have issues. We will schedule you for no charge appointment within three days. Thank you for understanding.
